The successful candidate will work in a small busy hub, with flexible/agile working and 37 hours per week. Salary is £26,494 per annum, with a commitment to inclusivity and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Staying Connected community through telephone befriending and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with the Place Partnerships and Engagement Team to help people feel connected.
• Work with the Staying Connected Coordinator and team to deliver community activities.
