A leading company is seeking a Statutory Reporting Manager to join their Group Financial Control team. The role involves preparing statutory financial statements for a FTSE100 listed group, ensuring adherence to reporting standards, while offering opportunities for professional development and insight into external reporting processes.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a Statutory Reporting Manager within the Group Financial Control team. Supporting the Business, we ensure all external reporting requirements and deadlines are met to a high standard. This includes inputs to the Group Audit Committee, half-year and full-year press releases, and the Annual Report. We produce consolidated financial statements for external reporting at half-year and full-year, and coordinate quarterly statutory reporting requirements with the businesses.
Reporting directly to the Statutory Reporting Senior Manager, you will be part of the Statutory Reporting Team, responsible for preparing statutory financial statements for a FTSE100 listed group and its UK subsidiaries, accounting for pensions and share-based payments, and staying updated on statutory reporting requirements.
This role offers excellent insight into external reporting, development of technical knowledge, involvement in process improvements, and exposure to senior management.
