Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support customers at Oxford Station during planned railway engineering works. You will be the first and last contact, offering directions, travel information and safe travel assistance throughout replacement bus services.

You must be available for all listed dates and shifts (08:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00). A strong focus on passenger safety and a friendly, professional demeanour is essential.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• Physically fit to stand and walk for long periods.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good spoken English and clear communication.
• Able to commit to all dates listed.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers entering and leaving the station.
• Provide travel information and handle general enquiries.
• Support passengers needing additional assistance.
• Assist customers in locating replacement bus services.
• Maintain a safe station environment.
