Job summary

HVAC Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Static Plumber for a major site in North Ferriby. You will maintain plumbing and mechanical systems, perform PPM, reactive repairs and fault-finding to keep operations safe and reliable.

The role requires NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or City & Guilds, knowledge of water distribution and Legionella awareness, and a proactive, safety-first approach within a busy facilities team at a high-profile site.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or City & Guilds/equivalent.
• Maintenance plumbing experience in a facilities/industrial setting.
• PPM, reactive maintenance and fault-finding experience.
• Understanding of Legionella risks and water hygiene.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Safety-conscious with adherence to site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across plumbing and water systems.
• Performing reactive maintenance and fault-finding on pipework, valves and fixtures.
• Maintaining drainage and waste systems and supporting water hygiene activities.
• Carrying out plumbing safety checks and backflow device considerations.
• Assisting with projects and maintenance activities as part of a larger team.
• Responding promptly to breakdowns to minimise site disruption.
