Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or facilities management environments.
• City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent.
• Good understanding of health & safety legislation.
• Comfortable using IT systems and mobile devices for reporting and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
• Maintain water assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters).
• Identify defects and ensure documentation, inspection reports and remedial logs are completed on time.
• Respond to client queries and deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Work safely in line with Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work and safe systems of work, including tasks at height.
• Build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
