Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd are recruiting a Static Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer for a large, well‑established commercial estate in Denmark Hill, South East London. You’ll join an on‑site engineering team delivering planned and reactive maintenance across the site, with a supportive handover and ongoing plant training.

Qualifications

• Valid and up-to-date F‑Gas certification and NVQ qualifications.
• Proven experience in HVAC / Building Services environment.
• Stable employment history within HVAC, FM, or Building Services.
• Strong technical knowledge of a broad range of air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, FCUs).
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Perform routine inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, and system testing.
• Ensure works comply with F-Gas regs and industry standards.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Complete maintenance records, job sheets, and reports accurately.
• Collaborate with the wider engineering team for smooth site operations.
• Identify system improvements and propose upgrades where appropriate.
