CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Static Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to service a large commercial estate in Denmark Hill, South East London. You will join a dedicated on-site engineering team maintaining VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs and FCUs, with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum, regular overtime, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, ongoing training, and clear career progression within a leading FM service

Qualifications

• F-Gas certification is required.
• NVQ qualifications relevant to HVAC or Building Services.

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, and FCUs.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.
• Perform routine inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, and system testing.
• Ensure all works comply with F-Gas regulations and industry standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Accurately complete maintenance records, job sheets, and reports.
• Work closely with the wider engineering team to ensure smooth site operations.
• Identify system improvements and recommend upgrades where appropriate.
