JLL is seeking a Static Fabric / GMO Maintenance Engineer for an on-site role in Essex. You will join an IFM team delivering high-quality facilities management, focusing on fabric elements, safety, and presentation.

The role involves PPM, reactive repairs, and coordination with engineers and supervisors on site. You should bring a carpentry/maintenance qualification and extensive experience in commercial/FM settings, with strong record-keeping, safety awareness, and customer-focused service.

Qualificações

• City & guilds / NVQ in Carpentry, Joinery, construction & building.
• 10 years of experience in a similar field.
• Time served apprenticeship or equivalent (Desirable).
• Health and Safety (Desirable).
• Have worked on ATAX sites in the past (Desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on static fabric elements.
• Inspect walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, glazing, locks and signage.
• Log defects and actions in CAFM system with agreed SLA and KPIs.
• Assist compliance audits and maintain statutory and client documentation.
• Support minor works, space reconfigurations and fit-out activities.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager, Engineering Manager and on-site team.
