Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Experience with startups or high-growth tech companies.
• Strong builder credibility with software engineering background.
• Deep technical proficiency in building and scaling AI products.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to translate startup requirements into technical solutions.
• Win technical evaluations and help startups design evaluation frameworks.
• Build credibility with founders and startup engineers by speaking their language.
• Gather insights on deployment patterns and feed back to product/engineering teams.
• Travel to customer sites and events for workshops and relationship building.
