We're looking for caring, enthusiastic and resilient Teaching Assistants to support pupils across SEN specialist schools and alternative provisions in Telford and Shropshire.
The schools we work with support children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, complex learning needs and behavioural needs.
You don't need classroom experience to get started. If you've worked in care, youth work, sports coaching, psychology, support work, or simply have the patience, empathy and enthusiasm to help young people thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
We'll provide the training and support you need to build your confidence and develop your skills within a specialist education setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
