Job Title: Starbucks Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate our team at the welcoming Starbucks Store! As a Team Leader, you will manage the store in the absence of the Manager and act as their right-hand person.

You will be second in command, ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include leading and engaging the team, making beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving customers.

This role may require late-night shifts and store closing, so the successful candidate must be 18 years or over.
