Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate our team at the welcoming Starbucks Store! As a Team Leader, you will manage the store in the absence of the Manager and act as a key support to the Store Manager.

Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales and profitability, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will lead and engage the team, participate in making beverages, ensure store cleanliness, and serve our loyal customers.

Requirements:

• Ability to work late nights and close the store, with a minimum age of 18.
