What will my role look like as an Area Manager?
As a Starbucks Area Manager, you will oversee at least 10 stores in a geographical area. Your role involves driving store standards and targets, developing stores in line with our vision, and excelling in sales, customer service, mystery shopper scores, and audits.
Your weekly activities include visiting stores to recognize strengths, identify areas for improvement, and increase sales and profitability through leadership and management. You will engage regularly with store managers and teams, setting individual and store targets.
This role involves creating strategies, developing new ideas, motivating teams, recruiting new colleagues, and recognizing hard work. It requires dedication but also offers fun and rewards.
