Job summary

National Energy System Operator (NESO) invites applications for a Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Officer (Events) on a two-year fixed-term contract. You will lead planning and delivery of customer and stakeholder engagement events across the programme, shaping the engagement strategy with senior stakeholders, and designing content that informs decision-making.

This role offers hybrid working with bases in Warwick, and opportunities to influence Connections Reform while developing event

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment within regulated industries or energy infrastructure.
• Strong focus on understanding stakeholder needs and delivering positive experiences.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to absorb complex information quickly and translate into accessible communications.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic design, planning and delivery of customer and stakeholder engagement events, setting objectives and shaping agendas.
• Lead governance for event buy-in with senior leadership.
• Design engagement approaches that translate feedback into actionable recommendations for programme teams.
