Job summary

National Energy System Operator (NESO) in Warwick is seeking a Technical Coordinator to support Connections Reform projects. You will coordinate schedules, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and produce high-quality outputs with tight timescales.

You will act as the interface between NESO, TOs, DNOs and industry partners, driving collaboration and identifying blockers, risks and improvement opportunities within the Connections process.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Experience managing diaries, schedules, organising meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and logistics for multiple workstreams.
• Prepare high-quality materials, agendas and action closures.
• Capture clear summaries, reports, actions and decisions.
• Own outputs of working groups and track progression of actions.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
