Job Description:

Primary Purpose: This role will support the Catapult Network Office’s mission to enhance stakeholder engagement and awareness of the Innovate UK Catapult Network. The role focuses on promoting the network’s collective impact and value in driving innovation and economic growth. You will develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy to strengthen relationships and increase awareness among the innovation and policymaking community.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in the innovation, research, and development sectors
  • Significant experience in regulatory and external affairs with a proven track record of success
  • Experience working in complex environments with diverse stakeholders, including professionals and industries
  • Ability to manage public policy issues, navigate government structures, and advocate effectively before government officials
  • Credibility, confidence, and engaging public speaking skills
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally to promote participation and collaboration across organizations and influence stakeholders at high levels
  • Experience in developing and maintaining a prioritized stakeholder map
