Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) seeks an EMESA Senior Staffing Specialist in London to apply deep knowledge of talent profiles and client needs to staffing decisions across multiple disciplines. You will collaborate with system leaders and the staffing team to assign talent to sold work and new business efforts.

You will provide strategic staffing recommendations, monitor deployment of resources, and optimize solving resource requests for forecasted projects with an eye on development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in staffing, workforce planning or recruiting functions.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• 4–6 years in professional services and/or technology services environment.

Responsibilities

• Optimize deployment of BCG X resources to meet business needs and opportunities.
• Communicate staffing decisions and rationale with senior stakeholders and team leadership.
• Build strong relationships with BCG X talent to understand developmental needs and preferences.
• Handle staffing end-to-end and coordinate with staffers for optimal solutions.
• Create visibility on current/planned resource allocation with fairness and diversity in mind.
• Maintain staffing tools and trackers; support continuous improvement of staffing processes.
