Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience supporting strategy, operations, transformation, or project-based initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.
• Experience evaluating and applying AI tools, including ChatGPT and Claude, to streamline work and decision-making.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate deliverables, and meet deadlines.
• Experience identifying process improvement opportunities through process mapping, workflow optimization, or automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives spanning Talent Acquisition technology, AI enablement, process excellence, and transformation.
• Own defined project deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution across concurrent initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes through AI-enabled solutions and automation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and technology stakeholders to design, implement, and improve scalable tools and workflows.
• Support the implementation, testing, and adoption of recruiting technologies and AI solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Contribute to change management, communications, training, and enablement activities for new technologies.
• Analyze operational challenges, synthesize findings, and recommend practical solutions for scalability.
• Coordinate multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously with strong execution and attention to detail.
