This is a varied and rewarding role that plays a vital part in ensuring safe staffing levels across the Trust by supporting our bank workforce and working closely with departments to meet their staffing requirements.
Experience within temporary staffing, recruitment, workforce planning or an NHS setting would be advantageous but is not essential.
As a Staffing Bank Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the Trust's temporary workforce, ensuring a professional and efficient service is provided to staff and managers alike.

Managing Bank shift fulfilment for Depts/Divisions for all Staff Groups excluding Medics.
Responding to calls/emails with work related queries from Bank staff. Managing complaints received from Depts/Divisions relating to Bank staff issues .
Responding to external candidates looking to join the Staffing Bank. Discussing potential Temporary bookings with Managers, providing advice and support re systems use. Using Outlook, TEAMS, Allocate Optima,
