Job summary

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Working as part of the busy Staffing Bank team.

Managing Bank shift fulfilment for Depts/Divisions for all Staff Groups excluding Medics.

Responding to calls/emails with work related queries from Bank staff. Managing complaints received from Depts/Divisions relating to Bank staff issues .

Responding to external candidates looking to join the Staffing Bank. Discussing potential Temporary bookings with Managers, providing advice and support re systems use. Using Outlook, TEAMS, Allocate Optima,
