Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design or UX design.
• Exceptional visual design skills with typography, layout, color.
• Strong UX judgment and systems thinking for complex interfaces.
• Portfolio showing high-fidelity execution from concept to shipped product.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion visual design excellence across the platform.
• Lead end-to-end design from concept to launch for flagship features.
• Design dashboards, data visualization, and AI-assisted features.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform iteration.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure feasibility.
