Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of taking software products from discovery through launch and continued improvement.
• Clear communication and independent execution. You write persuasive vision and requirements documents, make complex ideas understandable, and explain decisions and tradeoffs with precision.
• Experience building data products people rely on, including analytics or reporting capabilities.
• Hands-on fluency with data: SQL, data modeling, metric definitions, and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting initiatives from vision to customer impact and develop the roadmap with clear direction.
• Get close to users by meeting advertisers, agencies, and customer-facing teams to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Work with engineering and design to turn complex workflows into intuitive experiences while balancing usability and technical constraints.
• Treat data as a product: ensure accuracy, freshness, and performance; collaborate with engineering on numbers and trust.
• Prioritize and deliver improvements by breaking initiatives into releases and managing scope and sequencing.
• Measure value and follow through by evaluating usage and feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Champion reporting across the company and with customers, communicating vision and showcasing new capabilities.
