Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end‑to‑end eCommerce journeys across web and mobile.
• Produce high‑quality UX and UI deliverables: flows, prototypes, interaction patterns, and responsive layouts.
• Create and evolve design system components, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, content, data, and insight teams to shape requirements and validate decisions.
• Support user testing and research activities to inform and refine design approaches.
• Drive structured feedback, iteration, and handover processes within a multi‑team environment.
• Present work clearly and confidently to stakeholders across disciplines.
• Contribute to workflow optimisation, playbooks, and design operations where needed.
