Anduril is seeking a Staff Technical Recruiter to partner with UK-based hiring across our London operation. The role demands startup, tech, and domain experience, with 2–3 days on-site weekly in our London office and strong ownership of recruiting outcomes.

You will source, interview, and close exceptional technical talent for engineering roles, collaborating with leaders and contributing to long-range growth while maintaining a top-tier candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years internal experience recruiting and sourcing for technical roles and closing top tier engineering talent (startup/software experience preferred).
• Experience hiring candidates within all facets of engineering - software, hardware or both.
• 4+ years of client interaction experience, including working with Hiring Managers and Directors, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles and updating pipeline progress.

Responsabilités

• Move fast, with a process for sourcing, tracking and maintaining a high volume of candidates while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy and hiring deliverables.
• Scale and manage company growth with cross-functional stakeholders and a strong operating rhythm.
• Understand product positioning, roadmap, and culture to pitch teams effectively.
• Lead data-driven analysis of pipeline and performance to inform hiring momentum.
• Develop recruiting strategies and optimize referrals and processes across the org.
