Responsibilities

• Lead senior end-to-end hiring for Principal Engineers, Staff Engineers, and Engineering Leaders.
• Partner with Heads of Engineering, Product and People to design roles and align hiring strategy with business goals.
• Turn market intelligence and recruiting metrics into actionable insights to optimize the pipeline.
