Marks & Spencer plc is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Warehouse Automation team, shaping integrations between WMS and automation partners. You will develop scalable software, lead technical direction and ensure robust observability across live warehouse environments.

You’ll mentor engineers, collaborate with product and architecture teams, and contribute to secure, high-performance delivery in a digital-first, engineering-led culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience delivering full-stack software with scalable integrations.
• Strong knowledge of modern CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Proficiency with cloud-native architectures and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and debug software solutions with engineering excellence.
• Provide technical leadership on complex projects and align with architecture standards.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable integrations with WMS and partners.
