Marks & Spencer is seeking an experienced software engineer to join the Warehouse Platform team, shaping core warehouse tech for FH&B Supply Chain & Logistics. You’ll drive technical direction, build scalable solutions across WMS and related platforms, and mentor engineers in a modern, observability-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in full-stack engineering delivering scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, patterns and best practices.
• Experience with automated testing across unit, integration and end-to-end levels.
• Ability to implement DevSecOps practices at scale across enterprise apps.
• Experience with cloud-native design and observability tooling.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and debug high-quality software solutions with engineering excellence.
• Provide technical leadership on complex initiatives aligned with strategy and standards.
• Design and implement scalable software and third-party integrations with architecture teams.
