Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking software engineers to build, maintain, and operate cloud-based solutions with strong automation. You will own end-to-end delivery, including on-call support, and drive DevOps practices across the lifecycle.

You will help define engineering frameworks, contribute to roadmaps, and mentor teammates, while promoting innovation and collaborative working across squads.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based software delivery and DevOps practices.
• Strong ownership of delivery, support, and issue resolution.
• Ability to contribute to engineering frameworks and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and own high-quality software with reliable cloud-based solutions.
• Lead adoption of DevOps, automation, and measurement of metrics.
• Develop and embed engineering standards, policies, and product roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing.
