Job summary

Kaluza Ltd. is seeking a Staff Release Engineer to shape the global release strategy and architect scalable CI/CD platforms. You will empower the engineering org to deploy software safely and rapidly, leveraging cloud-native tooling and AI-enabled development workflows.

You will define standards, implement automated deployment, and mentor teams across multiple domains while aligning with enterprise-level governance and DORA metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in release engineering, CI/CD strategy and developer tooling.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native platforms (AWS, Kubernetes) and IaC (Terraform).
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions and modern release workflows.
• Proven ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade release architectures.

Responsibilities

• Architect Release Ecosystems: lead high-level design and roadmap for release systems.
• Drive engineering productivity through automated deployment, SRE practices and AI tooling.
• Establish global standards and metrics, enforce DevOps practices and DORA metrics.
• Orchestrate tooling for multi-tenant environments and platform-wide release strategies.
• Mentor engineers, provide technical ownership and drive strategic design for release infra.
