Kaluza is hiring to build and evolve an internal developer platform that powers our software teams. You will shape how developers consume cloud infrastructure, reduce toil, and drive cost efficiencies while reinforcing security.

This role emphasizes collaboration across engineering foundations, automation, and observability. Ideal candidates will have production-grade Kubernetes experience, strong distributed systems knowledge, and familiarity with CI/CD, GitOps, and IaC.

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping production applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience using cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code technologies.
