Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Foundations to own the data platform strategy and roadmap. You will bridge the core platform and feature teams, shaping how data from customers and third parties is fetched, stored, and used at scale to power compliance and monitoring outcomes.

You will guide platform investments with engineering, collaborate across PM teams, and focus on 12-18 month horizon including AI-native opportunities, ensuring scalability and measurable outcomes for the product

Qualifications

Have 6+ years supporting platform teams, with a preference for data platforms.
Experience building 0→1 platforms and scaling over long time horizons.
Strong frameworks for building complex platforms with clear sequencing and goals.

Responsibilities

Own the Foundations roadmap and plan durable platform investments.
Collaborate with other product teams to align platform needs and roadmaps.
Directly drive data platform strategy and support GRC strategies.
Balance feature development with platform stability and provide clear direction.
