Job summary

OneAdvanced in Birmingham, UK, is hiring a deeply technical Platform Product Manager to own the end-to-end platform vision for IQ Intelligent Platform. You will translate platform primitives into clear product outcomes and drive prioritisation across engineering and data teams.

You will also define the platform backlog, surface APIs/SDKs, and self-service experiences while ensuring governance, privacy, and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience translating platform primitives into clear product outcomes.
• Ability to drive prioritisation across engineering and data teams.
• Strong collaboration with legal, security, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Define and prioritise the platform capability backlog with engineering and architecture.
• Translate platform architecture into APIs, SDKs, and self-service experiences for customers and internal teams.
• Own platform success metrics: adoption, engagement, time-to-value, and reliability impact.
• Lead cross-team product decisions affecting data models, identity, and integration patterns.
• Govern platform governance, privacy, and regulatory readiness with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing to translate capabilities into narratives and demos.
• Coach other Product Managers on leveraging platform capabilities.
• Define the platform product contract and how features are requested or extended by verticals.
• Represent platform decisions in cross-company forums with customer insight.
