Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Senior Tech Product Manager for Data to lead the vision and roadmap of its data ecosystem. You will collaborate with engineering leads to deliver scalable data platforms and data products that unlock business value.

You will own data governance, quality and compliance, partner with stakeholders across business and technology, and champion data-driven decision making in a fast-paced, London-based environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise data platforms, data products or foundational data capabilities.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data integration and modern data management.
• Experience defining product strategy, creating roadmaps and prioritising investment decisions.
• Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms and technologies, including Azure, Databricks and dbt.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality and security best practices.
• Ability to work confidently with technical teams and translate complex concepts into business outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling data vision and roadmap aligned with ASOS’s strategic goals.
• Prioritise features based on customer value and technical feasibility in collaboration with engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure data solutions are scalable and reliable.
• Establish and maintain data governance, quality and compliance standards.
