Cytiva is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager – Data Products to lead and evolve data and AI product strategies, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions. You will own end-to-end data products, collaborate with engineering, analytics, and AI teams, and drive a robust product roadmap aligned with enterprise standards.

With 8+ years in product management for data/AI platforms, you will partner with senior stakeholders, govern data quality and privacy, and champion DBS-like

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with focus on data, analytics, or AI products.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale data platforms or products.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and BI ecosystems.
• Experience working across multiple business domains with complex stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise data product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for dedicated business area.
• Own end-to-end data products, including datasets, semantic layers, APIs, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, data, analytics, and AI teams to deliver high-value outcomes.
• Define how AI/ML capabilities integrate into enterprise data products.
• Lead stakeholder alignment on strategy, priorities, and investments; represent Cytiva externally when needed.
