Job summary

73 Strings is building a foundational data platform powering its AI-augmented monitoring and valuation products for the private capital industry. We are hiring a Senior Data Product Manager to turn data strategy into shipped product and co-shape the operating model with executive sponsorship.

In this IC role, you will own data platform delivery, write specs, define data contracts, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive measurable adoption and business

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with 3+ years owning data platforms or data products end to end.
• Technical foundation from hands-on data roles and ability to read data models and SQL.
• Experience building data platforms in low-maturity environments.
• Experience in data-driven cultures and decision-making.
• Senior IC role; collaborates with Product Director rather than driving strategy upwards.
• Outcome-driven with emphasis on adoption and business impact.
• Hands-on: write specs, data contracts, and analyses.
• Comfortable challenging status quo and influencing without authority.
• Applicable to PE/VC, valuations, or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate data platform strategy into shipped product.
• Ship pipelines and data products to production with defined SLAs.
• Stand up product practices: intake, prioritisation, data contracts, lifecycle, metrics.
• Manage roadmap for foundational data products across BUs.
• Produce high-quality PRDs with Product Director and engineering teams.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities.
• Define delivery plans across business units with internal stakeholders.
• Provide training and end-user support during rollout.
