Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Band 7 allied health professional in Lancashire. The role focuses on patient care, discharge planning and collaboration with allied health professionals to ensure timely care.

The post requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge in line with NMC requirements and undertaking MSc in Advanced Practice. The salary ranges from £57,528 to £64,750 and the post is full-time.

Descrizione del lavoro

To work within a team ensuring all patients receive timely and appropriate care, ensuring utilisation of Allied Health Professionals support and guidance to promote a safe and timely discharge. Maintain current knowledge to ensure compliance with NMC requirements. Providing patient care and ensuring all activities of daily living are maintained whilst ensuring the patient receives safe and appropriate care. Linking with all AHP's ensuring the patient receives timely and appropriate. Ensuring the patient receives their prescribed medications at the correct time. Participating in a research and audit completion. Ensuring all knowledge is recorded and up to date via the Trust system. Answerable to Ward Manager and Matron.
