• Provide timely and appropriate patient care.
• Utilise Allied Health Professionals support and guidance to promote safe and timely discharge.
• Maintain knowledge to ensure compliance with NMC requirements.
• Record knowledge and activities in the Trust system.
• Collaborate with AHPs to ensure patients receive timely discharge.
• Report to Ward Manager and Matron.
