Job summary

Surrey Downs Health & Care at Dorking Hospital is seeking a dynamic nurse to join our rehabilitation community hospital. You will contribute to the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of holistic care plans.

The team works shift patterns (long days 7:30am-8pm and night shifts 7:30pm-8am). You will support team management and the development of innovative practice, delivering person-centred care to local residents.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in rehabilitation or community hospital setting preferred.
• Strong assessment and care planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate holistic care plans.
