We have an exciting opportunities for a Band 5 Nurse to work at East Elmbridge PCN, within Surrey Downs Health & Care. If you are passionate about caring for people and making a difference within your community, we would love to hear from you!
We are looking for nursing staff from all backgrounds including newly qualified, those more experienced, looking for a change, maybe wanting to work locally, excited by the difference of being out within the community with the benefits and challenges that brings.
To work within the team, contributing to team management and the development of innovative practice. To be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of holistic care packages.
