We are looking for dynamic, forward‑thinking, and committed nurses to join our dedicated teams within the CTM‑wide Stroke Unit. The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high quality person‑centred care. We are a 50‑bedded unit based in Royal Glamorgan Hospital. Staff are committed to your ongoing professional development, with preceptorship and support from an experienced multi‑professional team. All new staff receive an induction period, a ‘buddy’ nurse, and access to our Clinical Supervision programme.
You will work within a shift system typically 12.5 hours, inclusive of either one 30‑minute or two 30‑minute unpaid breaks. Shift patterns are subject to review, and the Health Board reserves the right to change working arrangements. The department commits to meaningful consultation with staff and balanced decisions that consider all aspects of service delivery.
Full‑time or part‑time, permanent contract.
£31,516 to £38,364 per year, pro rata if part‑time.
