Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Lowestoft is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to work in a high-standard care home. You will join a provider offering residential, nursing and dementia care within the local community.

The role requires qualification as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. Responsibilities include assessing residents, administering medications, and ensuring care plans are up-to-date with input from relatives and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings preferred.
• Strong time management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Lowestoft, Suffolk area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This care home is registered with the CQC to treat complex needs, which only qualified nurses are allowed to provide. The home provides exceptional residential, nursing and dementia care in the heart of the areas residential community

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care


• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company’s medication policy


• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals


• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting


• Well-developed time management and leadership skills


• A good team player


• 1+ year NMC registration
