PSR Solutions is seeking a Staff Nurse in Glasgow to join a luxury, purpose-built care home on a permanent night shift. You will oversee clinical care, lead nursing teams, and ensure high standards of person-centred care during rolling night rotations.

Ideal candidates are RGN/RMN/RNLD with 2–3 years UK nursing home experience, strong medication management skills, and a compassionate, professional approach. DBS checks and UK registration are required.

• NMC registration as an Adult Nurse (RGN), Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) required.
• At least 2–3 years of UK nursing home experience.
• Ability to lead by example and develop care plans.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD to join a luxury, purpose-built care home in Glasgow.

The Role

As a Night Staff Nurse, you will oversee clinical care across the home, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and person-centred support. You will lead and support nursing and care teams, manage medications, maintain accurate care records and ensure clinical standards and best practice are consistently followed.

You will play an important role in promoting residents' dignity, independence and wellbeing, while providing guidance and support to colleagues throughout your shift.

What the Role Offers

£25.50 per hour, equivalent to £53,371.50 per annum based on 40.25 hours per week

What We're Looking For

• NMC registration as an Adult Nurse (RGN), Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD)
• At least 2-3 years of UK nursing home experience
• Confidence in developing and implementing person-centred care plans and safely managing medications
• Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to lead by example
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A professional, compassionate approach with a commitment to maintaining high standards of care
• Flexibility to work the rolling rota and provide cover for sickness and annual leave, sometimes at short notice
• Full eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship or Visa Switch available
