Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced RGN to join a luxury nursing home in the UK, rated Good by CQC.

The role is 33 hours per week, day shifts, paying £19.41 per hour. Please note this role DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship.

You will deliver safe nursing care, assess and monitor residents, provide PEG, catheter and wound care, administer medications, and contribute to high-quality care plans while liaising with GPs and families.

Qualifications

• Experienced RGN with post-registration nursing home experience.
• NMC registered and eligible to work in the UK.
• Ability to deliver care safely and maintain clear records.
• Comfortable caring for residents with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care throughout the day.
• Assess and monitor residents’ clinical needs.
• Provide PEG, catheter and wound care confidently and safely.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Develop and review person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
• Recognise deterioration and escalate clinical concerns appropriately.
• Support residents living with dementia with patience and understanding.
• Provide clinical guidance to care colleagues when required.
• Liaise with GPs, families and other healthcare professionals.
• Help maintain the home’s Good CQC standards through safe and consistent clinical practice.

This is an opportunity for an experienced RGN to join a luxury nursing home where high clinical standards sit alongside a comfortable, welcoming environment for residents.

Rated Good by CQC, the home supports older adults with a range of nursing and dementia care needs. We’re looking for a nurse with solid post-registration experience who is already confident working within a nursing home and can bring strong practical clinical skills to the team.

You’ll be responsible for delivering safe, responsive nursing care throughout the day while supporting residents to maintain their dignity, comfort and quality of life.

Please note that this role DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship
