Qualifications

• Senior/Staff level software engineer with strong leadership and technical capabilities.
• Experience delivering complex backend systems in a banking or fintech context.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, architects and product owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects from inception through to run.
• Be a Technical Leader, with or without a team.
• Take ownership of technical challenges critical to the business.
• Identify where tooling, apps, or processes can be enhanced and deliver changes.
• Collaborate with clients, solution architects, product owners, and other engineers to meet client goals.
• Understand how banks operate globally to shape Engine's capabilities.
