Engine by Starling is seeking Backend Software Engineers to work on the Engine Platform, building features for banks worldwide and creating new capabilities from scratch. Qualificações

• Open minded when hiring; aptitude and attitude matter more than specific experience.
• The team mainly codes in Java; strong fundamentals in clean coding and automated testing are valued.
• Experience with cloud-native tools and scalable backend systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects or functional areas within the Engine team and platform.
• Contribute to the award winning platform and internal tooling.
• Build new features and products from scratch in a configurable way.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to the learning culture.
• Own projects, working in small cross-bank teams to deliver outcomes.
