You will mentor engineers, design high-throughput services, and collaborate with product to translate business needs into technical solutions while upholding security and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Spring framework and cloud technologies.
• Experience in high-throughput, distributed systems.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading initiatives.
• Familiarity with security and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain backend services with Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies.
• Lead initiatives to improve verification systems focusing on automation and reliability.
• Collaborate with product to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Drive architecture and strategy for verification systems.
• Build internal tools for verification agents.
• Share knowledge and best practices to improve engineering culture.
