Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is hiring matchday security staff to work with Burnley FC at Turf Moor and other venues in the region. Training and full support are provided. The role is casual, with shifts on match days and evenings, and you must be able to cover additional events as needed.

The position requires SIA Door Supervision, a clean history, reliability, and a professional appearance. You may be asked to work at other Carlisle events locally.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervision licence required.
• 5 years checkable work and address history.
• Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification or willingness to obtain (funded).
• Willingness to work at other Carlisle Events venues across the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide general guidance to the public.
• Conducting person and bag searching.
• Supporting the stadium to adhere to licensing conditions and safety certificate.
• Directing spectators and monitoring crowds.
• Responding to security or crowd management issues.
