Job summary

NG Bailey Facilities Services are recruiting for an experienced Fabric Technician on the Wembley Stadium contract. The role covers repairs, painting and decorating, carpentry, building inspections and general site husbandry to maintain the stadium aesthetics.

Key duties include delivering PPM fabric inspections and identifying remedial works, fire door inspection and second fix carpentry, maintaining up-to-date site documents, and supervising subcontractors when required.

Qualifications

• Carpentry qualifications to C&G Level 3 are essential.
• Carpentry 1st and 2nd fix experience is essential.
• Good knowledge of health and safety practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PPM fabric inspections and identify remedial works.
• Fire door inspection and second fix carpentry tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date site documentation and audit compliance.
• Be proactive in fabric maintenance and identify improvement areas.
• Supervise subcontractor works ensuring H&S compliance when required.
