NG Bailey Group Limited is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead delivery of maintenance services at Wembley National Stadium. This high-profile, hands-on role ensures safety, compliance and reliable operation across planned and reactive works.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with the client and oversee lifecycle activities with specialist subcontractors. You will drive asset reliability for events, report on performance and develop teams through coaching and succession

Competenze

• Experience managing maintenance operations in large, complex or critical environments.
• Experience with building services, planned maintenance and statutory compliance requirements.
• Leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and managing specialist subcontractors.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship management.

Mansioni

• Lead safety, health and wellbeing standards and drive safe delivery of tasks.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of engineering and fabric maintenance to meet SLAs.
• Own statutory compliance, inspections, permits and risk assessments.
• Drive operational readiness for event and non-event activity across the stadium estate.
• Coach and develop teams through reviews and succession planning.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and provide performance reporting.
• Manage specialist subcontractors and review quotations for value.
