Job summary

NG Bailey Facilities Services is seeking an experienced Fabric Supervisor to maintain high standards of fabric work across the stadium. You will lead a team of Fabric Technicians, ensuring safe, high-quality results and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will plan scheduled maintenance, coordinate during events, and quickly spot and resolve fabric or plant issues to protect operations and safety. A background in building trades and PPM is essential.

Qualifications

  • Hold current qualifications to work as a Fabric Supervisor (NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in a fabric discipline).
  • Experience supervising or leading a team in a similar fabric role.
  • Experience in general building and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
  • Water systems knowledge and Legionella awareness would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop your team of Fabric Technicians, covering HR and operational activities to build a safe, healthy and proactive culture.
  • Plan and deliver scheduled fabric maintenance, including painting, decorating, carpentry, building and stadium inspections.
  • Lead fabric provision during events, including pre-event surveys and repairs.
  • Spot fabric or plant problems early and communicate actions quickly to protect the client’s business and safety.
  • Prepare and submit extra work quotations to customers.
  • Maintain HASAWA and on-site quality assurance standards with accurate records of completed works.
  • Communicate openly with NG Bailey line management and client contacts to plan and agree activities.
